Former Hidaka sake brewery hall

Former Matsuoka Sake Brewery. This 120-year-old historic building is culturally valuable and has been renovated into a hall to preserve it for future generations. It is widely used for events such as Hinamatsuri (Girl's Day) and concerts.

Nishikiyama Park

This is a serpentine area in Nishikiyama, Nozu district. In autumn, the mountain is painted in autumn colors with the autumn leaves of the Enkianthus campanulatus, hence the name "Nishikiyama." The park is equipped with an observation deck, promenade, plaza, and restrooms.

Omura Jinja Shrine

This shrine is positioned as the second shrine of Tosa Province which is Kochi Prefecture now with a history of over 1,400 years. It is a popular power spot where it is said that if you hold a cedar leaf from the shrine grounds as a talisman, your luck in love and money will improve.

Nagoya Submerged Bridge

This is a submerged bridge that connects Hidaka Village and Ino Town, and is the longest and closest submerged bridge to Kochi City among those that connect the main stream of the Niyodo River. It is used daily as a road that is essential to the lives of the local residents.

Mt. Otakiyama

Located southwest of the Kusaka Regulating Pond, this small mountain stands at 247m above sea level and is popular with people who enjoy casual hiking. It is said to have been founded by En no Gyoja, the founder of Shugendo, and many Shugendo practitioners once practiced here.
